Located on a main bus route on Ilkeston Road (1 min from Radford Mill) and only a short walk away from buses on Derby Road it is ideally placed for all the university campuses yet is within easy walking distance of the City Centre.
There is a Post Office nearby, a number of fast food shops and a well-stocked McColls for when someone has used up all the bread/milk/sugar/alcohol/toilet roll. However the Sainsburys on Derby Road is also close by for a larger shop when the parents come to visit!
The house is set back slightly from the road, which offers significant privacy from passing pedestrians, with a small garden to the rear (ideal for BBQs!), backing onto a park.
This has always been a popular house and students (including the current tenants) have often stayed on stayed on for a second year!
