Once the application has been completed and the required documentation (proof of identification, proof of income and proof of residence) has been returned to Gro Residential, we will require a holding deposit (equivalent to one week’s rent) to allow us to conduct the relevant application checks and referencing.
Our application checks include: Right to Rent, Employment, Previous Landlord, Credit and Guarantor Checks (if applicable).
If your application is successful, to move in, you are required to pay the first month’s rent (your holding deposit can be offset against this) and a security deposit, usually the equivalent of 5 week’s advertised rent.
Payment will be taken upon signing the tenancy agreement, and at this point we will hand over the keys.
