Lost Key(s) or Security Device(s) – Tenants will beliable for the cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If the locks need to changed, the tenant willbe liable for the cost of a locksmith, replacement lock and replacement keysfor the tenant, landlord and any other persons requiring keys.
Changes to The Tenancy, requested by the tenant -£50 (inc vat) or reasonable costs incurred if higher.
Early Termination of the Tenancy Requested by theTenant – Tenant will be liable for the loss suffered by the landlord as aresult of the termination.
