Located north of Hay-on-Wye, near Colva a rural hamlet with a remarkable 15th century church. It is less than 5 miles from the pretty village of Gladestry which offers a public house and popular primary school, together with a historic church and a popular village hall. Good facilities can be found at the nearby towns of Hay-on-Wye and Kington which are both about 20 minutes drive away and the area is one of great natural beauty, with the Offa's Dyke footpath passing nearby. The catherdral city of Hereford is approx 25 miles away and provides a further comprhensive range of facilities, with the old spa town of Llandrindod Wells some 13 miles in the other direction. Hay on Wye, internationally renowned for its bookshops and literary festivals, aswell as the Black Mountains, is approx 10 miles.
