In spring 2025, the National Trust is relaunching Charterhouse, Coventry, as a flagship partnership project, working closely with the property's owner, the Historic Coventry Trust, and the John Muir Trust. The property has recently undergone a multi-million-pound refurbishment with funding from the National Lottery, and Bromwich Hardy is delighted to invite prospective tenants to tender for the leasehold opportunity of the Charterhouse caf?, which sits within the historic Charterhouse building but will be outside of the pay-barrier. The caf? space comes fully equipped with all kitchen and dining fitout. Charterhouse is brilliantly positioned for the National Trust to provide an incredible opportunity to connect the people of Coventry and beyond with the places it owns or cares for and create lasting experiences and relationships. A great food experience plays an important role in this. As such, the National Trust is looking to tender the cafe at Charterhouse (60 indoor covers and 30 outdoor), to a like-minded business partner with flair and imagination.
