Fairchildes, Warlingham, Surrey

Fairchildes is a small village in the beautiful Warlingham area of Surrey. It's a great place to live, with plenty of amenities and a great community spirit. The village has a delightful village green and a traditional village pub, The Fairchildes. There are also a number of independent shops, services and cafes.

The village is surrounded by countryside and is well connected to the rest of Surrey and London. Nearby there are excellent transport links, including the M25, M3 and M4. There are also numerous National Trust properties, such as Polesden Lacey and Box Hill, both of which are a short drive away.

Fairchildes is a great place to settle down, with a relaxed, rural atmosphere and plenty of things to do. It's a great place for families, with good schools and plenty of outdoor activities.
